I've now been through a stack of old notebooks and taken out all the used pages - sorted into confidential (oops... from my last employer!) which I will take into the office; recycling (I'll take it downstairs later) and useful stuff (which I will go through and consolidate somewhere useful). I have cleared and dusted one shelf in the study, and have very little to put back there so far!

Old training material - I need to decide what might be useful in the office, what I might keep here (having not looked at it since doing the courses!) and what I can dump. Some of them are company-specific, so I'm wondering whether I should return them 'just in case the material is commercially confidential' ;)

So... has anyone looked at the new ipad yet? :D

    :hello:

Ive finished work....today was a long, long, busy, busy day....

I got home, walked the dog, picked little one up from school, went to park on the way back, decluttered some lovely pork casserole from SC, and there is lots left for another night/freezer :money:

Im ready to collapse in a heap again tonight. I dont know whats the matter with me this week....not sure if BD is creeping back in but I dont think so. But Im hoping Im not coming down with something.

Off to do something 'un-strenious'.....but dont know what. It will initially involve pyjamas. ;)

Oh glee...my dodgy colicky stomach is playing up again.. every time I move I end up dislodging a large bubble and it is crippling, double up and cry type pain... I hate it!!! I am sure it is related to certain food stuffs... problem is.. I don't know what.. salad, sweetcorn and onions set it off.. and I think beef does too now.. it did this after we had spaggy bol.. and now after meatballs.. though it could be tomatoes! I hate tomatoes. Beef ban on in my house!!

S'pose you'll be wanting tomorrows list?!

  • I was after tomorrows list but I know what that pain feels like Pigpen - I have IBS and have crippling cramps with that. I've narrowed it down to certain foods/drinks and coke cola is one of them - shame I have an obsession with it. Could it be the tomatoes in the spag bol? I know that is one of my triggers - lol - just read your post properly - ooops.

Why don't you try the food allergy testing that is available in some chemists/health food shops? That helped me narrow the list down.

I now have gallstones again so if its not my stomach hurting its my sides - someone shoot me now! lol

Wardrobe building didn't go completely to plan today as sliding rails were warpped a bit and harder to get on, but on the plus side got one of the large glass doors upstairs.

Luckily I have a very good friend who, bless her, is coming back again for a couple of hours tomorrow to help again (I have been making her a nice lunch every day). So finger's crossed we might get finished tomorrow.

Level one completed today and some of levels 2 & 3, hoping to definately get these fininshed by end of week. Also swept down the stairs today (my mum offered to hoover the hallway but only if I swept the stairs with the dustpan & brush first) so hoping that may count towards another day ;)

Still enjoying getting up in the morning to a lovely clean & tidy kitchen :)
