    Morning lovelies!

I'm just on my way to work so a quickie post, spent the last half hour sorting all the rubbish out in the garden, I've got 1 bin bag left from all the xmas flinging I did, managed to windle it down to that finally, got a bed base and mattress that teenie put out the back on Sunday, was gonna get a bulky collection but they now charge £10  s*d that for a lark, I'll chop it up and shove it in the car to take myself. Anyway, dailies mostly done, people and cat seen to, did some list yesterday but not all of it, hopefully do it later this avo.

    Morning all.

Firstly just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for all your lovely comments yesterday

I'm sure today will be another day of firsts like dealing with the oven. I've already read the tips posted but I don't have any washing powered (use liquid) or stardrops so might have to pick some up when I nip out.

Can I ask someone to keep shouting at me until I have been out to the post office?? I need to post some letter that I've been posting for the last week!!

    Any one for a HHC 9 - 9.30am???

First job for me is removing calpol from the kitchen as DD spat it everywhere this morning!!!

Morning everyone, phew - 8 pages of reading done!

Job interview (yay - go you); baby crawling; mouse in toaster; finding the p**p in the shoe; stars awarded; learnt the secret of Stardrops (never heard of it before)!!!

Am on an early day today, so hope by five to start my weeks flying. My oven is screaming out for some TLC (ha-ha, not to mention behind the cooker too - urghhh!), but might have to be done with the bog standard oven cleaner and wire wool stuff for today until i can find these stardrop things.

Have a good flying day everyone xxx

Right - I have scrubbed the hob after removing the water that was soaking on it last night and I can honestly say that my hob hasnt looked so clean ever! Apart from when it was new of course. So, thumbs up for the soak in bio washing powder. It has however, taken the best part of an hour. Those little splashes that dont seem so important, suddenly take on monstrous proportions when you have allowed them to be baked and rebaked and rebaked for weeks without wiping them up :o

Washing done overnight is now in the TD. Need to get quite a bit done today, as I have a lot of teleconferences to listen to (rather than participate in), and so could do with some ironing to keep me occupied! I should also manage to get my filing etc done at some point.

I have a leg wax appointment at 10.30, and reflexology at 1pm which will disrupt my day somewhat (they were supposed to be together, but the reflexology had to be moved. Inconvenient but I'll cope... I need to have a shower before I go out!

Woke up at 1pm and there were two small(ish) reddish spiders on the landing ceiling... I swear I woke up knowing about them... anyway, no sign of them this morning and no idea where they might have come from. It's not spider season, and I have all my normal anti-spider defences in place. Maybe I need to get some 9v batteries and get a couple more ultrasonic repellers going. And possibly have a bit of a blitz upstairs.

Oh ... must remember to call the builder today.

My january paper should have the last updates done this morning and go off to management for approval, so I need to get my head down and get on with the planned Feb stuff so I can do some of the unplanned things...

Suppose I should get moving then :o:p
