trying out the biological washing powder idea for cleaning the hob Ruth

My favourite trick for hob is neat cif (or other cream cleaner) on a piece of kitchen towel + elbow greace. Once all the dirt is gone, wipe with wet microfiber cloth.

    Morning lovely flyladies,

:xmastree::xmastree::xmastree:welcome2.gifKeys, Robstersgirl and poffi girl - I have put christmas trees here so the lovely Toots can see you and send you her wonderful welcome p.m. (if she hasn't already). Make sure you read the first posts on page one in the meantime and good luck! Remember not to do too much in one go, it's all about baby steps at first.
Juliejim - Congratulations for the interview on Friday
Tomato - It's pretty much what it says - it's a small cupboard where I store all my candle sticks, burners, night lights and Yankee candles etc. There might be a few too many in there HSwhistle.gifso it really needs emptying and sorting. And my spread sheet is just an inventory of every food item I have in the kitchen so I can add and remove as we use/buy things. I hope it will help with my meal planning which I am hopeless at!
    Jinkypinks - love.gif
    Rosepink - kiss.gif
    Toots - hugs.gif
Lady-L - smooch.gifThanks for the text and hope you slept well sweetie
Valli - Sorry babes - I have killer legs and always have had.. well, up til about 5 yrs ago anyway. Now, unless you like elastic bandages, one of them is distinctly unattractive!! giggle.gif And I will send the boys straight to you if they appear and you can bat them right back to the Arms...
MissH - thank you for making me smile!
Dorastar - I am glad it's helping him
1 step - Really glad it went went for you yesterday. Plus thank you hon! I did do some more of my spreadsheet in my HHC but finally finished it tonight after a short nap.
Helen - Thank you! I couldn't miss that post even if I was trying to avoid reading!!
Nopot - the thought of you stalking me again really helped focus me smile_tongue.gif
    Gotnodosh - Yes, I make a note so I don't forget.
Macpep - and everyone else kind enough to ask: Tris is not doing too well as he isn't able to keep anything down, not even soup or those high energy drinks and they cannot fully test his kidney function unless he does. Michelle is stable but there hasn't been much improvement and they are still wanting to operate on her.
Toochoosey - Well done to Miss TC!! confetti2.gifconfetti2.gif
thankyou.gif for your continued thoughts and prayers for Tris and Michelle.
    Off to find a list.

    Welcome robstersgirl and keys

Tomato - Oven Pride - it's the only thing to really work on a neglected oven. Once you've got it sparkling (may take two or three goes) you can maintain it with the more OS stuff

Thank you all for your good lucks and take cares. It's going to be a long three days but I'll get through them! Looking at yesterday and today's lists, I've done some stuff! Will try and catch up when I get home. Have a good day one and all.

    Monday ~ Kiddies rooms/Spare rooms/Additional reception rooms
    Level One
    Level Two
Clear out a whole cupboard.. clothes toys or just junk
    Wash 2 windows

    Level Three
Clean paintwork.. don't forget tops of frames and doors!

Tuesday ~ Kitchen, Utility and Dining areas
    Level One
    Level Two
    Wipe ALL large appliances
    Level Three

I'm in again today - probably only to level one again, but we'll see how we go. I've got my sister and coming a bit later on, so I'd better make a small effort!

Might try and make another dent in the things that need to go - I see Pigpen has it on the list to get rid of items no longer used/needed. I've got a few of them about the place...

Feeling a bit better today - that bloomin' black dog. Sneaks up on you unawares. I've got him sitting by the back door at the moment...soon to be shoved out into the outside.

Pretty sure it was the 20 mins exercise that got him moving. (and the 2 minutes of sunshine that we had!).

    Hope everyone is well?
    Take care

Diva, thank you about candle cupboard explanation. English is not my first language, so I get very curious about any new word combinations. Like airing cupboard is not actually a place where you store air…. So I thought candle cupboard was another special place…

I never heard of such a spreadsheet. Excel is my favourite app (I work in Accounts), but food inventory spreadsheet. Oh, it will be my special treat to me (some time this week).

Soapie, thank you for the tip. I was just examining a spray bottle of Mr Muscle Oven, so will use it up, and then give Oven Pride a go. My oven is the weakest link in my kitchen. Everything else is spotless! Well, maybe not for long. ;)

Ishtar, have a lovely day and my best wishes to the dog. Sorry, I am in a funny mood this morning. Must be that massage oil I used after shower.

    Lovely day to everyone.
    xx
