    Nite all.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

The DDD's room is now all clean and tidy and put back together, she has been told in no uncertain terms NOT to take food or drink up there again....but already she asked if she canrolleyes.gifmur.gifwouldnt take no for an answer, tried to do a deal:rotfl:

The carpet is still rather wet, even though the heating has been on all afternoon to dry it out, the room didnt feel in the least bit warmmur.gif

    Hi all

Just catching up with the tread...

Not much flying done. YET. ;) Was heading home on a train, but London Bridge got evacuated, and I HAD to kill time with a book and a glass of white until the mayhem at the station settled down. So just got home :)

    Ajmoney, safe trip to Oz

penguin83, washing up before bedtime is a great MACAW idea. I should try that.

Moneysaving Diva – what is a candle cupboard? Or and sorry for being nosey, but what spreadsheet is it? I am very curious now.

Soappie, good luck with your course.

Cyclingyorkie, hope you feel better. Feeling unwell can be such an annoying waste of time.

Play2day, have you tried bicarbonate soda? Sprinkling over and then hovering later. I am not sure, but I thing Kim & Aggie did that trick.

MissHiggerty, what a day!!! For days like that I try to repeat ‘what does not kill me, makes me stronger’ mantra. Have a nice evening.

Kazmeister, I am so with you on this one. It takes a lot of my time, energy and vocal cords :D to kick all my men into shape. They call me general, behind my back. ;) I don’t mind as long as the place is tidy and all things are where they should be. My boys are 8 and 10, so I can only imagine the teens’ antics… brrrr.

Funfairprincess, OMG, where do you get these dancing cats?

Sarah2490, these moments are so precious. I am very pleased for you. Stories like that make me feel broody.

DayDreamBeliever, wow! Sounds inspiring. It is great when you sometimes KNOW what you should and should not do, rather than let the life roll without any purpose or direction. Quilting and cookery lessons – I am jealous.

Juliejim, good luck on Friday. Hope it goes well.

Gotnodosh, I have a word doc open as I read the tread and then add on as I go by. Hey! 1 step closer is ahead of the game. Damn! I am too slow.

Robstersgirl, join in the fun (as my boys say)

Phew! I feel a bit refreshed now. Let’s get on with Monday list then.

Just thought I'd pop on and update - Adam had a 3 hour long bath yesterday evening and slowly regained the use of his arm woohoo! Has been checked out again today and doc confirmed his elbow had popped out and in again (was probably the xray lady who actually popped it back in - Adam did scream when she turned his arm and told her he hated her!) Just got to keep an eye on him cos it may be prone to popping out now - eek

DD4 had hers dislocate when she was about 2.5.. getting jammies on.. daddy holding her wrist and taking her to get dressed.. she had a major aversion to clothes.. she didn't want jammies so took her feet off the floor.. so dislocating elbow.. she has major hypermobility and we were told it would happen loads and it never has happened since.
