    Morning all

Hi MOzzy - was thinking of you the other day, off skiing at half term and I know you love to ski. I lived in Glenelgg - end of the tram line from Adelaide for 4 months and love the city of churches. Glad you are settling in well, shame about the goblins!

Soappie - just had a bull finch in the garden - first time ever - it is a great year for bird watching. Eeeeeeeeek Queen Victoria is in the garden now!

I've been sorting lego sets with DS3 to sell looking through a massive box for missing pieces.

Off to the shower next and then today will be:

    [STRIKE]Hoover out the understairs cupboard
Rehome tool boxes and spare lightbulbs to said cupboard[/STRIKE]

[STRIKE]HHC in the garage as ebayer coming to take the unused exercise bench
Sort cupboard in the cloakroom and rehome where possible
    [/STRIKE]
    HHI
    Finish sewing the school troussers

    Dinner is Cottage Pie
Cake/pudding to be decided - might be chocolate.

    Morning all!

Since then, I've written both of my resignation letters (one for head and one for chair of governors), both of which are polite and don't mention "thank you for dimishing my confidence in my abilities, giving me an unbearable workload, and making my life hell for the last term and a bit" (although to be fair, the chair had nothing to do with that bit), and I've requested I leave at the end of Easter holidays (16th April), so fingers crossed they release me early.

Hope it goes ok for you tomorrow - didn't realise things had been so bad for you at school (hugs) Have you got something else lined up or having a break from it all?

Am dweebing on here cos have been 'confined' to the bedroom while dh and Emily do interesting things for my birthday party - apparently I am too nosey to be allowed to stay downstairs while they plot and plan - can hear lots of sellotape being used so not sure what on earth they are doing?!

Hello hello hello, not stopping long as if I stop too long I won't get restarted. I will try to catch up later but sexymouse I really hope they do so you can start at a school where not just the pupils but the staff also appreciate you x Just because I've not been around doesn't mean I am not grafting my butt off or thinking of you all x x Quite the opposite, haven't stopped. Just emptied 4 packing boxes (yes we're still unpacking but at least I am doing them all, some moved with us last time :o ) I've cleared the table DP dumped on so he has a pile next to the door of his parp as he's away at Worksop racing. The vacuum cleaner has it's new canister thing on which has moved with us twice, other was smashed but kept just using it but now it's hurting my hands. Loads of stuff flung, big pile of cardboard now waiting for the tip too.

Boys have gone to watch a DVD at a little girls house who goes to school with DS1 (also autistic) , this is sort of unheard of in the past but we also know her parents (long time friends of DPs Dad) so I've let them so I guess I have about an hour left as I told them to come back for lunch after it was finished. I hate the thought of them pestering people but I also know they are relieved she has someone to play with as due to her behaviours most kids won't, birds of a feather etc her and DS2 get on very well and DS1 just follows sometimes. I've flung the windows open and going to do some more clearing/sorting while they are out.

Ok going to crack on with it, hope you are all having a good day x x x x x
One day I might be more organised...........

Thanks dora and lil_me. I'm back to supply with the agency I was with before this job - not so much money, but much better quality of life, and flexibility when I need it. Think I'll give it to head at the end of the day as there will be lots to sort out in the morning as I'll also have to do the return to work form etc cos I've been off sick.

Just finished the maths plan for this week - they take me hours to do as there is such a range of abilities in our year-group - all the way from reception ability and lower, to Year 6 ability! Thought I'd better do the top group too, as colleague had a rough week last week, and has probably had to sort out my class when I was off sick too.

OH has done some flying - I instructed him to do some washing, and he's done it, but I expect I'll have to put it all away when it's dry. I've also asked him if he can change the sheets to help me out too, as I'll have school work to do. Don't think it's too unreasonable, as I cleaned the whole house when I was off sick! ;)

Well I think I'm going to hunt down some lunch now as I need a little bit of a break from school stuff, and then I'll get down to marking the writing assessments.

    sexymouse xx

ETA - just re-read your post Dora - Happy birthday! :bdaycake:

    Hi

Hope your all having a lovely weekend?? I feel less like death and more like myself today :) DD is teething again so was up 3 times in the night, she's also woke up with the sniffles so she's very grumpy today :(

I am so proud of myself for doing all the jobs this week. Thank you all so much for your kind welcome to the group and for all your encouragement and tips/help.

The only job I have left is the oven so I am going to get that sorted now . . . .
