Bought a virgin instead of orange topup....

I got an Orange one for mother-in-law when she really wanted a Virgin and they refused to take it back/refund/swap etc. They said the system doesn't allow them to change them as they have no way to check they haven't been used.
I had to pass it on to a mate on Orange...0 -
I'm more concerned why the OP would ask for a Virgin at the shop when what they really wanted was some delicious citrus fruit.0

Unfortunately shops very raely refund top ups and I know Virgin won't. Only thing you can do is pass it onto someone on Virgin.0
