  • Call me stupid and blind but I have done everything through phone and now they have taken my money out of my account! I rang straight after everything but she didn't help me at all telling me to call a different number even though she knew they were closed! I left messages cos I really did not have time and wanting my money back so badly! Now I have to wait till Monday to her from the manager! Really?! Monday?! But they said they were open on weekends too! This really frustrates so much! I'm ringing my bank to see if they can get it back ASAP and report it as a fraud because this is unexceptable! I'm young! Taking money and forcing people is just WRONG!
Anyone know any advise to get the money back? It hasn't even been a day! They rang me about 4 hours ago! So frustrating!

I wish I had read all these messages before I handed my card details over , I had a lady on the phone for ages .. Surname I'd green, she convinced me that it would be a lovely pampered day blah blah , I thought it would be a lovely day for my mum, sisters and I who had a horrible jan 2011 because our Dad/husband passed away. When I got off the phone I decided to look them up and came across all these forums , I have rung my bank who are trying to get my deposit back and I have emailed them twice ( no reply) also surprise surprise no answer when I try calling them , has anyone got their address please ? I need to send them a letter within 7 days by the looks of it ! I really don't want to go ahead with this as I don't want to stress my mum and sisters out anyone I'd rather book a spa day instead where there's no pushy, expensive sales people thanks :(:(
Do you have to send them a letter? Or can you email them? I'm jn the same position right now and is very very frustrating for me and my dad especially! Did you get Money back at all?

The preparation and My mum and sister are registered disabled; which they don't cater for because the lift only goes up to the second floor and the make-up room is on the third!

i don't see what being disabled has to do with this?

you mean dyslexic people shouldn't be held to legal contracts? surely she was told how much the photo's cost?

all these disability equality laws, then people play the disabled card when it suits them :(
  • i did not say she was disabled i said she was dyslexic.

she was preasured into signing quickly and as it takes her longer to read something she did not read it properly. nobody is playing the disability card just asking if a contract is valid if the company offering credit does not have a consumer credit licence.

    thank you
