Resetting Nokia6230i to original factory settings

Hi, my bf just bought a Nokia 6230i off ebay, and as well as having a whole lot of racist text messages on there it seems like a lot of the preprogrammed stuff the phone comes with has been wiped eg. ringtones, screensavers etc. There was only one ring tone when he got it, and he loves playing around with these sort of settings so he is a little annoyed.
Does anybody know how to get it back to its original state that it comes in from the manufacturer? It is locked to Orange if that makes any difference.

on the 6230 there is a restore to factory settings option but it wont restore the ringtones etc if thee have been removed.
best go to a nokia repair center (or cpw with onsite repairs) and ask for a s/w upgrade - this is free while under warrenty (and the 6230i is)
if they ask tell them it locks up sometimes.
you can check your s/w version by pressing *#0000#
txhis link will show you different versions available and then problems found
find which yours is and tell them you have one of these problems
