Hi, I wondered if anyone could give me their advice on upgrading with 3.
I have got around 4 months left before contract ends. Rang up the other day to ask when I would be able to upgrade and they gave me todays date.
I have tried to log in on 3's website on their upgrade section but it does not appear to be working. I really have not got the patience to call them, as their call center operators are so hard to understand. Do you think it is best to go in to a 3 store? I am hoping for a blackberry. What do you think my chances are? The contract I am already on is around £43 a month.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks

Try a different browser.
Try talking to the online robot on their site which eventually can be a human being on the other end.
Or to be honest, show patience and phone them because you are likely to be able to negotiate the best deal via that means I would have thought.0 -
Oh hang on - tried their upgrade site and its down by looks of it.
I would just try again at a later date, whats the rush with 4 months left, longer you wait the better the deal you will get.0 -
If you wait til your contract is up you can get a better deal, vodafone offered me 1/2 price line rental + a new phone.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Its been down for 3 weeks.
I don't think they are working on this 'problem' and just want you to call.0 -
Just an update, managed to upgrade: have the blackberry bold 9700 now for £28 500 min, 1000texts and unlimited internet. had to pay £50 for phone, but Im saving £15 a month anyway.0
