Has anyone ever managed a discount with Sky?

Hi,
My parents have had Sky for around 10 years with the highest package you can get (basically every channel). Now though, I'm seeing all these new customer offers with discounted prices/boxes even free that I'm wondering if you can negotiate a better deal with them?

Ideally we want a Sky+ box, we've had the same one for the life of having Sky. If anyone could let me know if I can do anything that'd be great!

The best way is still to say your leaving to go to Virgin.

Mind you, it all depends on who you get on the other end of the phone. What you get offered seems to vary from person to person.

Only takes the cost of the phone call to find out.
