Still trying to get a refund out of Easyjet!

I posted a new thread weeks ago explaining that I was having trouble getting a refund from Easyjet and it still hasn't been done yet!!! *argh*

Basically, I booked third party.. and Easyjet said they needed to refund it to them and then they refund it to me, which is fine...

So they said it would happen within two weeks, two weeks came and went and still no refund.. So i rang Easyjet up and asked what had happened, and after being put on hold for 20 minutes for no reason, they explained the card my travel agent used to purchase the plane tickets had expired...

I rang up my travel agent and they provided Easyjet with new card details, but now Easyjet are saying i need to give written permission for them to refund my money on the new card provided by the travel agent...

This would be perfectly fine... but my travel agent denied they need to do this and therefore wont give me any card details???

Can anyone tell me who is right, and what to do?
