Fees £2k....depending on position and pitch..one site of Haven I know of is charging £4,600 pa :eek::eek: there is no way you would be able to afford this WITHOUT letting it out!!

I've stayed at 73, 75, 76 & 77 but with my tourer and I must say that we much preferred 73 as it did seem a much better park and seeing the ducks come into our awning was so cute.

Oh also stayed at 72 but this is pretty basic.

Sorry to Bump, but I actually own a Caravan at Hopton Holiday Village and it is the best thing we have ever done for our family, the children have made so many friends and they all arrange to meet up when we are there, they also have lots of free owners entertainment such as parties and special events. My family love spending time there. We did used to rent it out privately and through Haven but we had so much trouble with things in the van being ruined and destroyed we decided to just share it with close family and it was the best thing ever, it has made me and my family alot closer and we all can't wait till we have time together whether it be just for the weekend or the whole of the 6 weeks holiday.

Was only in the paper this last Saturday just gone, so I'd hope so! I'd imagine it's just a typo on the website, paper definitely said 2010

Thanks Stephel and welcome.:) In comps likes this in the past it got confusing (admittedly there were more words) if peeps posted ones that weren't 'official' (for want of a better word). You could probably try a lot of words and succeed entering with a few of them but I think most of us would like to enter just using the words snooksy :T (lovin' the name btw!) has kindly given in the OP.

Terms and Conditions

• Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
• Winner agrees to participate in publicity as required by The Sun.
• Entries to competition close at midnight on Friday 12th February 2010
• Multiple household entries, all with four original different day tokens, may be made by post. Only one entry per household may be made online.
• Winner will be drawn from all valid entries and winner will be notified by Friday 19th February 2010.

• Competition prize is an ABI St. David 38ft x12ft, 3 bedroom Caravan Holiday Home. Any optional fittings are not included.

• Participating parks are not open all year round and may be closed during Winter.
• Prize is a holiday home and may not be used for residential use. Proof of a permanent residence of winner will be required.
• Prize includes pitch fees for three years from siting date.
• Pitch fees, payable after three years, vary from park to park and start at about £2,000 per year, dependent upon park and specific pitch location.
• Winner will be responsible for prize running costs, eg. gas, electricity, rates, insurance, repairs and maintenance.
• Sub-letting of prize is not permitted for three years from siting date.
• Prize may not be sold for three years from siting date.
• Some parks may require prize caravan to be replaced with an up to date model at owner’s cost after 9-12 years.
