Help.Cant find decent tariff!
Options
Hi there I am looking for a 12month free contract via cashback. It needs to be on O2 or Orange as i can only get a decent reception with these two. Looking for 100mins and at least 300 texts. I am not bothered about which phone i get just the tariff(£30 max a month)
Thanks in advance!
Thanks in advance!

Hi Maniac 886,
Are you prepared to hold the contract for a minimum of 18 months? If so, then you could go for Canary 30 (18 months) or Racoon 30 (18 months). Both of these are £30/month tariffs.
Ordinarily, these tariffs wouldn't have enough texts for your needs but Orange is currently throwing an extra 500 texts/month for the first 18 months into the pot on all 18 month contracts.
Buy Mobile Phones is currently the cheapest place for 18 month Orange contracts:
Canary 30 (18m) (200 mins, 575 texts + 50 Orange-Orange OffPeak mins)
Racoon 30 (18m) (200 mins, 500 texts + 100 fixed-line anytime mins)
The best of their deals are listed below (cheapest first) - sorry for not linking them individually, but it's late and I've got a mountain of work to get through. Anyway...the (non-affiliate) links above will take you to the relevant handset lists for each of the recommended tariffs where you will clearly be able to see the offers printed below each handset.

(FOOTNOTE: about 3 weeks ago, you would have been able to get the cheapest of the above mentioned handsets with the full 18 months rebated via cashback)

Reestit MuttonFor anyone wishing to contact me privately to ask me a question, can I ask that you email me directly as my PM box is often full.0 -
First of all thank you very much Reestit, it looks like you have gone into great detail with this and thanks for the effort. However 18 months is a wee bit long for me as i like to change my phone. Does anyone know of a deal that for a 12 month free contract but meets the criteria in my first post?

I have decided to go with with the w300i on orange through buymobile.net. It is a £30 a month tariff with 14 months free. Now i already have the sony ericcson w810i and I want to sell one of these phones. In your opinion which is the better phone?"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

I'd keep the w810i myself.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0
