Mobile calling from Switzerland ?

details of Swiss SIM cards at http://www.prepaidgsm.net/en/switzerland.html
Swisscom has a tariff of CHF 0.80 for up to an hour to landlines and other Swisscom, so for long calls home you could use this with a calling card with local number access, like Bizon
Or another choice might be Orangeclick, which often has discounted SIM offers, like 20 F credit on a 10 F SIM, calls about 17p a minute
You'll need proof of identity and it will be delivered to a Swiss address0 -
I tried it but its really no use.... its very hard to get a SIM card there.
I used Vodafone Passport with Stop The Clock
I paid 75p + 3 min charges (£1.20) for about an hour long call daily.
Also they are doing free weekends, so you will only pay 75 for long weekend calls. (T & C apply, mainly you need to spend £5 in the week)0
