I work in brighton,live in well a little while away and not it wasn't raining constantly the day you posted, I should know I had to work on my brother b-day... and the days around it ... a little rain.. not much at all. Not like trenchal raining.. its been quite lovely some days actually =]0

Dont know if this helps, but my bf and I are currently buying a flat in Brighton (assuming it all goes through!). From what I've always understood, Brighton has its own little housing 'bubble' which isnt much affected by whats happening in the rest of the country. Brighton is such a good location not just to live in but to commute from etc, makes it very popular and houses usually sell accordingly. At least from what I've heard, obviously theres always the exception to the rule!
Big up the properties major selling points, maybe re-tile the bathroom or kitchen....for me personally I made a decision within seconds of seeing the photos if it was worth viewing or not as I was looking for somewhere modern and ready to move straight into, but I guess it all depends what you're after
