Anyone selling in Sussex?

Hi

anyone selling up in Sussex? Just put my own place up for sale but I live a long way from there now. Agent assures me people are 'desperate' for properties to buy but just wondered if anyone else selling down that way? How are you finding things?

Im looking to buy in West Sussex, and if you listen to the EA's then all the sales are going through close to, or at, asking price.

  • Hi

We have just sold our house in West Sussex within 4 days of going on the market for full asking price. Great for us on our house however now we are struggling to see anywhere that we like and when a good one does come up they go very quickly and for v near or full asking price.

Hope that helps and good luck with your search:)

can anyone tell me if it is raining down there constantly because my agent tells me they haven't been able to get out for a week now to get photos due to weather conditions. They are using some old ones. Beginning to get a bit cheesed off. I thought weather was bad here. Sounds like it's monsoon season down there if what agent saying is true!
