Careful now he got quite upset when I suggested that misplacing something as large as a duvet was unusual - seemed to take that as me mocking him for being poor or something :D

Since he's lost the duvet unfortunately we have no way of checking :D

I'm forever taking my glasses off then have difficulty finding them again because I'm not wearing my glasses! :rotfl:

Anyone know when they changed their policy?

Purchased a King Size Duvet Cover, but cannot find my duvet. So returned today with receipt after sixteen days. I fully understand that the fourteen days refund had expired, so asked if I could exchange for a Double.

No go, no exchange after fourteen days. Once before I was given a card with the value on it, but now nothing.

i had to thank, just for the laugh you gave me. you spent 16 days looking for a king sized duvet? :rotfl:

thats like coming home !!!!ede and cant find the lock to,open the door.

I didn't ask that. Read the OP!

Did anyone read the OP? Here look.
[QUOTE Anyone know when they changed their policy?

See? when did they change their policy?

    Was I complaining? NO

Seems only Optimist read the OP properly.

I asked when this present policy came into being. That is all!

Half of you are so up the backsides of TS, and the others apparently jealous that I have so many Duvets.

and here we go with the accusations of how anyone sticking up for a company and ridiculing the OP suddenly become 'up the backsides' of the trader.

spotted you so why start on me on the knitted character thread that has nothing to do with you?

you seem to be the type of serial moaner of goods and dont appreciate honest and straightforward answers from people who have had a good deal from said trader.

so very sad. get yourself a life and perhaps put your efforts into finding the elusive big eff off duvet.
