T K Maxx Exchange Policy

Anyone know when they changed their policy?

Purchased a King Size Duvet Cover, but cannot find my duvet. So returned today with receipt after sixteen days. I fully understand that the fourteen days refund had expired, so asked if I could exchange for a Double.

No go, no exchange after fourteen days. Once before I was given a card with the value on it, but now nothing.

    About a couple of years ago I believe.

    14 days seems very reasonably especially as they have no need to refund at all

    Thanks for your reply but I wasn't looking for cash, just a swap.

    They have no legal reason to give an exchange either unless the item was faulty.

    There is a misconception here that all members are poor.

    Not so. We do look for good deals though, whether two beds or six.
