Moving phone line & Broadband question?

I am with Tiscali come TalkTalk at the minute for broadband and BT for the phone line.

I am thinking of going to the Post Office for Broadband and phone line as its the cheapest with an unlimited broadband service.

When or if in the future I decided to move from the post office or new provider how hard would it be to move as they would have my phone line. Would I have to pay to 1st go back to BT?

Could I move just the Broadband and leave the phone with Post Office?

This Tiscali moving to TalkTalk is doing my head in, all I want is unlimited internet.............too much to ask!!!!
