I find it really annoying when the car in front slows/stops to let someone pull out despite the fact that there is a clear road behind me.
I think it's something to do with making eye contact.
They may be being courteous to the car they let out, but they are being discourteous to me and also ignoring the highway code and right-of-way.0 -

those who signal right at the roundabout to go straight on, and those who signal right to go around a roundabout but still got the right signal flashing as they come off on the left!
