Jo: WOOHOO!!!
Did I say yesterday that I was tired? I am now exhausted. Little bit tempted by bells as would just like to completely switch off but getting very used to not going to the shop and just getting through it so can confirm that I will be in a HUFF next 24 hours. That is challenge complete Sparkles and 15 please WBF.
Off to read a bed time story."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Good luck Jo.
Remember that we deal with alcohol,
cunning, baffling, powerful!
Hi RA, and guys,
These quotes, such as above, are exactly what put me off going back to AA!
Why is it, that people there recount these cheesy Americanisms 'parrot fashion'?!
My Girlfriend came with me to an AA meeting, last Saturday.
First thing she said to me, when we'd left, was "what's with the whole cult thing..what's with the holding hands, and 'keep coming back, 'cos it works if you work it.." !
I'm only going, 'cos I feel like I have no choice - ie - to help me stay sober, to gain support of *a select few people* who I like.
A lot of them, are very sanctimonious, with a holier than thou attitude of "you may be sober, but you haven't been coming to many meetings have you?"
Aside from all that, I'm still sober, and have been since last Saturday! :T
Hope you're all having a relaxing evening.
I still have no job, no exciting Life to speak of, but am feeling calm and fairly positive about making improvements.
Cheers,

Real test will be Saturday night...got a friend coming to stay.....could end in ...was going to say disaster...but could just end in me having a drink!

Hiya hunnies
I'm home!!
Hiya Andy :wave:and? and? and? how was it? huh? huh?Sorry to post and run.....
Went well thank you all, totally overwhelming and such a lot to learn. Came home with a bunch of keys for every door in the place and numerous policies and the staff manual for bed time reading.....no time for alcohol tonight so does that mean I've completed a challenge???
Best bit is......I've got my own personal parking space right outside the front door next to the head!!!
Never mind how it went, what did you wear?!?!?! :rotfl:
Logging off again now so I'll tune in tomorrow for the answer@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -
