i'm here but a little bit late. Was AF last night, feel good today.

My DH came home last night and announced that he should better stop drinking, which surprised me a lot as he's a very moderate drinker, definately knows when to stop and enjoys a drop of wine. He went onto explain that even a single glass really exacerbates his hayfever which is pretty bad at this time of year. He also said that he's been trying to avoid facing up to it because he does like a glass of good wine but as soon as he drinks he can just feel all his nose and head becoming congested. So looks like we shall be dry for the forseeable - I will match his non drinking but we did say that he could perhaps see how it goes for the Saturday night, if he can have a drink.

So, extra incentive for me luckily.

off to start a new hour afresh...

Been working and dog walking. And running to and from work from nursery so that is 3 miles for today :). Run back was tough as have sore throat (again) :(

Very very busy week at work as ended up doing 4 days worth of work in 3 days due to my gallivanting to Blackpool in early week. Phew, pretty exhausted now. Luckily at friend's who has promised us tea so hopefully when I go home I just put DD to bed and then chill a bit.

    Catch up properly later, byeee...

Hi everyone. Well it's mission un-accomplished for me on the 96 hour challenge cos I had a voddie last night. And met my friend for lunch today and we shared a bottle of wine. I'm quite happy though to have achieved 7 days so far in April and I'll climb back on the wagon soon.
Marru - I'm joining a new running club next Tuesday - Huffers & Puffers it's called and it's for beginners like me so can't wait.
Jo - I fully sympathise with your insomnia - I can't sleep for more than about 4 hours most nights.
Have a lovely evening everyone xx
