The day of enlightement and discovery continues.

Just found out my Neighbour has longer legs than me. He popped over the small front garden fence to borrow something. I took the same route and caught my Mr Bojangles on the way back  :o

    Well I'm back smiley-sport018.gif

46 Minutes for 2.34 Miles. According to Map my walk/run I burned 200 calories and sped along at 3mph. I also tackled an elevation of 500ft. Pity it was foggy otherwise France would have been in sight.

Took my walkman and it was funny as my footsteps seemed to go with the beat of the song. McFadden and Whiteheads "Aint no stopping us now" was a good pace but looked a bit like Bruce Forsyth fannying down the steps at the start of one of his shows when Nirvana came on :)

    Time for a rest ;)

This actually made me laugh out loud......Thanks.:D:D:D

Pop me down for a final one tonight Shaggy please as will definitely NOT be drinking - had one (ok it was large) glass of white wine last night with OH and have had a headache all day today :( - now it may just be a headache I can accept that but it feels like one of those old faithfuls and that's good enough for me!
