    I did 20mins yoga today at 6.40am and after 160mile round trip for training I've took tonight off for exercise :o

    On the happier side I've ordered some roses to remember my dad by. 2 for me and 2 for mum who has a celebratory wedding anniversary this year.

    I'm pleased I've done this and not put it off for the never to be done pile of things as I would have done last year. Plus I managed it without feeling upset/angry which I would have done a year ago.

    Me and mum are going to find some nice pots to put them into in a week or so.

    Mental targets are being met and all is going well at the moment which is a nice turn around from how I have felt before.

    Ahh how good to feel this way

    Evening all. Another af night for me. I think I'd like to do the whole of april AF . It seems quite a challenge for me but I want to know i can do it. On my phone at the moment so won't go on
    Trying to keep in budget.
