Now I'm trying to work out the carbohydrate content of butternut squash soup (I'm low -carbing at the moment)

should be pretty good - squashes are low arent they (I did aiktins for ages a while back)

8.3g/100g according to my food bible. 10 lbs lost in 3 weeks :D
    FAFFs 10/28 :D
time for bed, not sleeping as well on AF days :( but feeling tired now.
  • Well done on the faffs, low carbs and keeping busy

I tend to read - it takes your body time to adjust to non-wine sleep

Great stuff fruity car - I liked the low-carb thing (although I've never done it for more than a month or so) but it definitely doesnt work if you're drinking any alochol cos of all the hidden sugar

    Sweet dreams!

 to anyone still awake and to those of you up before me in the morning!

FAFFed tonight at my dancing. That's

    12AF please fay.

This could be my last FAFFing this month as I've got a busy few days of socialising coming up. Anyhow I said a target of 10 and meet it or beat it and I have:D I still feel I could do more but as long as I feel like that I won't get complacent. And I'm not bingeing on the drinking days either.

'night all and well done all FAFFers! Good luck on the 96 hour challenge.

    Good morning,

Up early again writing letters. Don't seem to be able to get them done in the evenings.

Anyway just to wish everyone FAFFtastic day!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
