Honeybear - I think you are right about the posting thing - I will try to be more consistent I think regardless of AF status. Hugs to you all with teeth/shoulders etc - mine recurring UTI - Nice!!

    I x

    *hugs* :)

I can't say, in the spirit of the thread, that it helps me completely - 8 days AF in 2010 - but I feel better for it. I'm dealing with lots & so am reducing my drinking, but I'm not tackling it the way I know it needs. Staying on here helps me on that tho

I don't know if that makes sense, I hope you all know what I mean. I'm cooking steak so can't post for long!

I'm off to FAFF at my dancing. Have a lovely evening whatever you're up to (and try to FAFF at the same time);)

Fay many thanks for your scoring and for the encouragement to post whether AF or not.

HollieG -Good to hear from you and back on th FAFFing track too!

Caz - I'm sorry to hear how you are feeling at the moment. Don't be too hard on yourself. It is a very difficult journey you are on. I have been thinking of going to AA and I was looking in old posts to see if anyone had mentioned AA and I came across your post about going to your first AA meeting. I found it very encouraging and hopeful and just wondered where
you are with that. Would you maybe think about going back again if you have given it up and it was helping you?
Anyway, I'm wishing you the best of luck.
