    Hey 115K,
I haven't had a FAFF day yet either. Been out and that was Ok but got home and opened the bottle of wine. You did brilliantly in January!
Keep that in mind and go for it again. You CAN do it and you already have
done before. Sometimes I wonder if trying to control it so much can be such a strain it can make us just give up trying and go for it big time. Not saying you are like that but i can understand that binge ifeeling you mentioned.
I think giving up completely might be better for some of us.
Anyway, take care and be good to yourself.
    DB x

    Thanks.:A
Thanks Shaggy....decided to get up in the end...sat here with my coffee....going to have a serious ebay listing day....I live with my DD....& we both lost jobs this week..:eek:
Just can`t believe my bad luck at the moment...& we just moved to this new house too:eek:....its like there is someone `up there ` using me as target practice!!

    I'm sorry.:(

1st AF day for me today.

I'm going to try and have an AF weekend. I have coke, tea, books, crisps and chocolate and the new series of Criminal Minds is starting tonight!:j I might order a pizza this evening.

    Hey 115k :)

We had a similar 'score' for 20090 and (I think) we're both going for an as yet unspecified 'more' this year..... I can't help thinking you and I maybe ought to have a sub-challenge or something mutually supportive...... can't for the life of me think what, though :o

    If you have any ideas......

Yes we did have similar scores didn't we.:) I know I'm going to try and get more than 11 every month but that is a bit vague isn't it. I was trying to have the AF days during the week and weekends off but that didn't work for this month so far.:D

hey hang on - are you me?

That's what I'm trying to do but was a bit thwarted this week (out 3 times). Only out once next week, so should start racking them up soon.... hang in there.
