its 24 gauge wire not sure what thickness that is but i got it from ebay by typing 24 gauge wire in the search , i think i got 3 rolls for £5 delivered.
Its a really good thickness wire to twist and bend and mould into shape.
I have used a thinner wire for threading the beads onto and wrapping round the frame.
I'll help where i can, i have learnt so many tips and tricks by trial and error.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

my first attempt at mine, i ran out of plastic beads so have not been able to wrap the band with them which would finsih it nicely. i have also not wrapped it properly anyway as it was just a quickie to see if i like the style.

I bought plastic beads to practice with and after few practices i will make it properly with the crystals. I was worried too but i looked at it in a way of if i messed it up i lost £20'ish for the supplies, if i managed it then i have saved myself £50 on mine alone then the bridesmaids are a bonus
this is the bridesmaid one:
