(it actually took me a lot longer to pick the crystals up off the floor after DD decided thats where they should be)
There a lot easier to make than you realise.
I bought the tiara frame (£1), wire (£6 per 20 metre reel), and swarovski crystals (720 for £10) of ebay.
For those interested in making their own, i used non tarnish 24 gauge silver wire for the lily and then some super thin silver beading wire to attach the flower to the tiara frame. You will also need some fine point pliers to help you wind the wire ends around the frame and to get it nice and tight. I just used normal scissors to cut the wire.
720 for £10 god thats cheap
r they gunuine???
as ive had to order mine from america for £80 plus postage
please can i have the ebay id for this seller0 -
Yes they are genuine, she has an ebay shop and the prices are quite high in the shop but to market herself and gets customers in she has a few auctions that start at 4.99 for 720 crystals. She only sells swarovski. She also has an online store. www.rubyscraft.com
I paid £15 for 150 from my local craft shop so i know how expensive they can be.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

That is gorgeous! Well done! :T
I fell in love with a wire and crystal bouquet at a wedding show, but it was £200 so I will be trying to learn how to do them myself. My mum is ace at that kind of thing so i will be roping her in too!0 -

Those crystal and bead flowers/bouquets take ages to do, I made a flower display for my mother in law, it was a large rose with about 4 smaller one and buds around it, and it took me about a week to make it, and used up thousands of beads and yards of wire, hence they get so expensive, very fiddly and very time consuming.0
