Clearest Connection & Cancel 18866

I remember when calling the US use to be a pound a minute (yep -waaay back, the bills were atrocious) and I'm grateful it's come down to even 3p or so a minute.

However, which of the providers do you find you get the CLEAREST connection with? With some of the lines the is a constant echo.

Also, with 18866 and 1899 has anyone found it difficult to cancel their Continuous Credit Card Authority Payment?

I have used 18866 for well over a year now and personally find them crystal clear compared to the old days of using BT where there was that annoying echo.

You should not need to cancel as they only charge you when you use them.

My problem with 18866 is to get them to take some money out of my account - cost of my calls over last six months is over £3, and as yet they haven't taken a penny ;D
