I am waiting to do battle for the next Nectar/Quidco/........offer, as I have had to ask Nectar to go find my points, and Quidco to go get my cashback - at least I got 2 Cineworld £1 tickets..........or have I? Won't know that till they come through the door. All this moneysaving is hard work, and so stressful!0

Still no points after waiting 28 days from my order and waiting a further 21 days after my initial enquiries with the Nectar team. Just sent a further enquiry but expect to get the runaround again.0

Had a reply back this morning. There is a tracking issue (suprise suprise) which they are looking into it. Emailed them and they said they have no record of my transaction!! Here's the email they sent me.
Thank you for your recent email regarding points collected with O2 via Nectar eStores.
Each time you click through to a retailer via Nectar eStores your account is updated with the ‘Click’ details. This is a unique identification number that enables us to track and credit the points for the transaction. Points are awarded from Nectar eStores and not the individual retailer.
On this occasion we have not been able to investigate your claim for Nectar points, as there are no records matching the retailer and date of the purchase you provided.
To collect points with Nectar eStores, third party cookies must be enabled and your Nectar card number entered as you click through the Nectar eStores portal. This needs to be completed before you click ‘Go Shopping’ with your chosen retailer.
If you do not have third-party cookies enabled or don’t enter your Nectar card number before you ‘Go Shopping’ we are unable to track your transaction to award points to your account.
We regularly update the retailers on Nectar eStores with over 250 retailers to choose from you’ll soon see your balance grow.
I’m sorry for any disappointment this may have caused you.
Thank you for your interest in Nectar eStores. I hope you will be shopping with us again soon.0 -
