It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

That'd be great Linda, I go to the Leeds one sometimes but it's really hit and miss whether there's anything there worth getting.

    Claire, that bracelet's lovely.

Ok, stupid question - if I put some frozen spinach in a sandwich and toast it, will it defrost and be ok or will it go manky and horrible?

Thanks Ames, just hope mum will like it :)

on the spinach aint got a clue

Bookie, I meant with cheese as well, I should have said. A spinach sandwich doesn't really appeal! I will go and try it...

Bookie, I hope you don't mind me saying this, but however flippant you were about getting a refund, why shouldn't you? I'm not talking about money, but you give so much to the church, why shouldn't you get something back? Even if it's just a shoulder to cry on, someone to talk things through with, or to ask for people to give you a heads up about any jobs they see advertised? Surely they should be doing that for you, instead of just seeing you as someone with more time on their hands to help out.

Sorry if I'm out of order there, but I've been in a similar position with other groups, where they don't really see the whole picture or how it is from your position.

The clasp on it is one you just slide in to the other and press the leaver to open, my mum has arthritis in her hands so i thought that one would be easier for her.

To be honest i quite enjoyed making it :) haven't made anything for ages cause my back was too bad it was affecting the grip in my good arm, (had to teach my mate Jo accross the road to make it to have help for my xmas craft fairs)
