Morning all, well done on the run Linda.

Today OH and I are going to force ourselves to get our walking boots on and do at least 3 miles, I am sure it will help my back too.

Tesco have sent me my online registration letter which I have just done but I now need to wait up to 10 days for a code through the post so I still dont know if my £1000 is in the account:mad:

    Never mind................its only money:rotfl::eek:
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Morning everyone. Today I'm going to clean the fridge out - yes I know that would have been best done in the snow. Washing all the shelves is such a faf, but necessary.

Also need to go to post office with gift for BIL and SIL (tho might save this for when ebay parcels go this week). Whilst I am packing postal items I might start to pack my current ebay listings with bids on. I worry about sealing the packing incase I get questions but I could put them in jiffy bags etc.

V cold here, more clothes and heating soon.

I dont really know where to look for vans around the Aberdeen area. Theres John Clark but his cheapest is about £4.5k for a high milage(60k) 06 plate astra. Id love that. Astra van would be perfect.
Work in progress...Update coming July 2012.

Should be okay - they've been together for 6 years... shes has just taken some stuff and gome home I think and hes coming back later today - she left him so he might be a bit upset for a while but its only really whether he will move out too and then I'll have to find a new flatmate!

Well done Linda. I'll be running today but I reckon about 2-3 miles. Haven't ran much so have to ease myself in.

Going via Netto where they have vegetable seeds for 19p per packet. Hope they haven't all gone!

    Right ironing next!

Me too, did nothing for a month over Christmas :(

Went back to running club on Monday - 4 miles which was fine
On Wednesday I opted for the 8 mile run which pretty much wiped me out - too much too soon!
    last night's was perfect :T
    ...Linda xx
It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
