MyHermes as recommended courier?!

There are many many people dissatisfied with the service provided by this courier.
I'd seriously suggest removing them from the recommended list, or atleast cautioning users on what appears to be a rather hit-and-miss service.
On a side note, they have a support page here, that lists their contact number as '0871 246 1583'.
I was curious how much 0871 numbers cost to call, so did a little research - apparently they're upto 10p/min, and are technically a premium rate number that falls under the juristiction of the phonepayplus regulator.
As such they should be bound by their codes of practice.
One of these codes of practice is that any place the number is advertised, the calling cost must also be clearly displayed.
MyHermes fails to do this - an infraction of the code?

Yes, and satisfiedI Appreciate that many unhappy people post their issues, but need to always bear in mind that that happy customers who got exactly what they paid for, troublefree, and as expected, rarely bother posting such on a forum.0
