It's quite difficult to work out what's really happening.
They are privately owned and have posted big profits over the last few years.
They want to charge around 29% more to cover investment in infrastructure.
Locals are not happy.

They are just disputing the prices in AMP5 that OFWAT has set, i very much doubt they will get 29% i think most companys have got about 0.5/1% ish0

I remember complaining about the taste of the drinks out of a vending machine in Bristol.
