    Every time I notice a post by an idiot I look at the posters name - only then do I think "Widelats again!". He is someone to be ignored.

    I think OP that if the item is creased and you are having trouble getting the creases out, then they were right to not refund you, more reasonable care should have been taken of it. Leaving it in the car boot for such a long time isn't right. Tumble drying it then trying to return it isn't on either in my opinion. Just sell it.
