Glow Worm Fuelsaver MKII Boiler

Does anyone know if there is a site I can download a user manual? Really all I need to know is the settings for the dial on the front of the boiler, I think it is numbered 1 - 5.

I have a Glowworm Fuelsaver F, approx 25+ years old, the dial on ours says it is for the water temp, so in the extreme cold weather I turned it up to the highest one, the number has rubbed off but it says "very hot" and I have found that the radiators warm up much faster and the boiler then doesn't fire as much, and the house feels much more comfy.Stat is set to between 15 and 20 depending on weather. I cannot comment on the late spring/summer as I turn it off altogether, but my landlady who was the owner occupier before me, had the heat on 24/7 on 18 degrees on the stat and the boiler set half way so I assume 3 (dot on dial pointing straight up) and she said that worked for her for hot water, as she ran it as a B&B so needed hot water 365 days a year. My boiler is white with the pilot window where you see the flame over on the left side and the bottom bit that pulls off for services is copper coloured.
