My o2 handset broke so...

I had real issues with o2 sending me 3 handsets that all had the same problem. I complained until I got a different phone, which was hassle being on hold etc and them not sending a charger... long story...

Anyway, I sent a 2 page letter of complaint stating everything I had been through to get a working phone. They initially sent me £5 credit towards my bill, but have just been offered either £60 credit towards my bill or an upgrade! I went for the credit, as they've just sent me a new phone, then they gave me free internet access until the end of my contract!

O2 have been great the whole time, even though I shouldn't have to complain and the phone should have worked from the start. Can't fault them on customer service though :beer:

    An I'm sure many other people have had excellent service from O2. The vast majority of people only seem to post when they want to have a rant.

    I for one have only ever had one problem with O2 in the 10 years I've been with them and they resolved it quickly. Great CS in my books.
