Whatever you do, don't do anything that will cost everyone the earth - I don't appreciate being expected to fork out hundreds of pounds to go on an obligatory holiday. So no travelling to foreign countries or staying in uber-posh hotels. Most hotels will offer cheap deals to large(ish) groups.

Id have a job going abroad...no passport! I was thinking...murder mystery night? With maybe a meal and a few drinks afterward? I am seeing her tomorrow, so i will ask her if she has anything in mind.

My best friend is getting married in April (just 3 months after getting engaged!) and her bridesmaids (not me sadly as I will be in France, only back for the wedding) are organising a weekend in a bunk barn as all our gang are into camping and outdoorsy stuff. I think they will be having the Friday night in, playing games and watching films etc, and then Saturday night out somewhere. It's pretty cheap, which is good because some of her cousins from Germany are flying over to join in. Really wish I was going!

I had a gang of hen party girls come to me for an encaustic art day! We use special electric irons and coloured beeswax to create beautiful pictures really easily.we polish the painting cards after with soft tissue. The girl organising the party had told the hen they were going to spend the day ironing and polishing and the poor girl thought she was going on a good housekeeping course! She was so relieved when they arrived at the room and I told them what they would be doing! I provided some bubbly and a small buffet-all the girls did 12 small pics and one large one each so had something to take home and remind them of the day forever--but the highlight of the day was creating the wax willie pictures-which was one of the funniest 30 mins Ive ever had in my life!
They laughed til they cryed! £35 each including food and materials
There is a Travel lodge over the road from the venue I use and loads of B+Bs--and Ludlow is the foodie capital of the UK so plenty of nice places to eat after.
You can contact me via my website which is on my profile if you are interested!
I might be crazy but I'm not stupid....

centre parks have a spa, which is lovely, disabled friendly sites and when i went with friends the villa we had had a maid service, so they came in and did the dishwasher etc for us every day! It can be as busy or as chilled as you want it to be.
