Nokia 6233 It's the dogs

Hi all just to let all you looking for a good phone with mp3 player + 2meg camera etc that the 6233 is the dogs.I got mine yesterday and can't believe what a brilliant phone it is.Nokia have really excelled this time.The sound from the stereo speakers is fantastic and the camera is excellent too.It has all the other usual features with better options and more memory.Just wanted to let you know before you buy another make at least try this one as i think you too will be impressed...

it is actually a nice phone nice business style handset but good features too, dead easy to use, good to see nokias doing something its good at

K800i from sony is better imo, to me Nokia seem to be forever playing catch up.

6230i - 1.3mp mp3, etc etc vs K750i 2mp, mp3, etc etc
6233 - 2mp mp3 etc etc vs K800i 3.2mp, mp3 etc etc

have to agree sony imo are now the front runner for mobile phones

Don't be so harsh on Nokia lol!

K800i is expected to be in competition with the Nokia N73 (3.2mpx carl zeiss, S60 etc)

The 6233 is based more towards the K610i (2mpx, 3G, business style etc)

Totally agree with you there.If people are going to compare at least compare with a like for like phone.To me Nokia have always led the way and set the standard that is why they always have the best sellers etc.

Disagree, it comes down to personal preference of software in my opinion. i've had phones from all the top manufacturers but personally feel that the Nokia software is the easiest to use.

SE software takes quite a bit of getting used to, they produce well built, capable phones but because of the software I'd put them on a level pegging with Nokia.

i have always had a nokia phone from the beginning but recently got the SE w800i and i think it is alot better than most if not all nokias available at the moment (havent played about with 6233 yet) nokias are easier to use but the se isnt that far behind on ease of use and the better battery life gives it the edge
