    Sounds like a registry cleaner.

Most use Piriforms Ccleaner. Seems to be the best around. I wouldnt however use the registry cleaner side, merely the clutter cleaner (temp files and the likes). That way you cant really cause any harm.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.

depends which Easy Cleaner your referring to.,

There are 2 Easy Cleaner program out there, 1 is clean, and virus free, and free the other isnt, someone has modified the main exe file,

Toni arts easy cleaner is the Clean version http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm
personally i wouldnt use a registry cleaner, i've used them in the past on a fresh install, and now after 3years i seem to be losing registry entries which are required by certain programs that i have installed.

As 4743hudsonj says CCleaner is better, however i personally use Fcleaner which seemes to find my rubbish to clean, "whoah, that was close almost put the c**p word"
