Easy Cleaner

Easy Cleaner, it cleans out unnecessary files on your pc. is this a safe thing to do with this program? has anyone tried this and their pc been ok afterwards? I didnt want to take the chance of doing this in case.

Sounds like a registry cleaner.
Most use Piriforms Ccleaner. Seems to be the best around. I wouldnt however use the registry cleaner side, merely the clutter cleaner (temp files and the likes). That way you cant really cause any harm.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
depends which Easy Cleaner your referring to.,
There are 2 Easy Cleaner program out there, 1 is clean, and virus free, and free the other isnt, someone has modified the main exe file,
Toni arts easy cleaner is the Clean version http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm
personally i wouldnt use a registry cleaner, i've used them in the past on a fresh install, and now after 3years i seem to be losing registry entries which are required by certain programs that i have installed.
As 4743hudsonj says CCleaner is better, however i personally use Fcleaner which seemes to find my rubbish to clean, "whoah, that was close almost put the c**p word"
