How long to be switched back on?

We had our viewing and broadband switched off due to a problem with a missed Direct Debit so gave Virgin a call around 4 hours ago and paid and was told our viewing and broadband would be turned back on so just would like to know how long it takes as its still not back on yet.

    Dpends if it's been physically disconnected at the street DP.If it has,then tommorow at the earliest.

    I dont think it has been in the street as can still get channels like BBC 1 and ITV and also our phone still worls all ok.
