Using the Small Claims Court

Hiya, I am thinking about taking Carphonewarehouse to court regarding unpaid cashback. Would you have any advice on what happened when you used money claim online and the process. How long was it before carphonewarehouse paid up?
Taking someone to Court needs to be thought about. There is no guarantee that they will "pay up".0 -
And there are costs involved in bringing the case - its not free. And you may have to travel some distance if the case goes to court as its almost always placed in the defendants area if its a private person rather than a company.
And I dont think many companies are worried about CCJs to be honest, its probably just taken for granted they will stack some up with unhappy customers. Who checks first before buying something?0 -
Having said all that, though
, Ive taken 2 people to court and won both times. A third backed out before the case was heard.
