Sky+hd. Interactive problems

Since Sky have rolled out their new software, my interactive buttons don't work. I couldn't use multi match choice when i had Sports package, and text won't work. If i'm on anything where you can use interactive it won't work. I rang customer services who put me through to technical and they said that its a known fault and its being fixed. They'd get someone to call me. Well a week later they have and said take out the scart leads. Which I did, no joy. They then transferred me to Customer services to get them to send me a new remote control out. They said that would be £20, but as I pointed out if it's a software problem it'll still have the same problem. She said she hadn't been told the full story and transffered me back to Technical. Another advisor then told me yes it is a problem and I'd just have to wait for the fix, which he had no idea when that would be. They'd finish rolling out the software and then look at the problem. Whats the point in putting out new software if it doesnt work. Anyone had the same problem?

Are you trying to do this on a magic eye? There is a known bug similar to what you discribe with that and the new software but not heard of it directly affecting the main box. What make of box do you have?
