Orange problems
Hi everyone. I took out a contract phone in July for 24 months with Orange as their website stated that they had a really good coverage in my area. Since I have had the phone I have hardly had any reception in my home town or the town i work in. I'm always missing business and personal calls etc and its complete rubbish. Is there anything I can do about this as I need a phone that works and I have another 18 months left of my contract. thanks for any help.

There's probably not alot you can do unfortunately, if you'd reported it to Orange in the first week or so you might have a case for disconnection but they won't do that now. All you can do is lock the handset into 2g mode to help with signal0

Have you tried a different handset? Which handset do you use?0

You can try and ring up and just complain, and ask for your tarriff to be reduced. I too had signal probs, still do, when i had 10months left they let me go down a level, saving £10 on bill each month, but i dont know if they would do it earlier than 10months in:happyhear0

I think I have the cheapest tariff of £15 a month dolphin. It's so frustrating that I get no use out of this phone at all.taken on second job + £160 per month
