oh and the premier till services business clients so the queues are massive!!

LOL so the till queues are just as bad as the call queues.

Seems better to be a standard current a/c customer with Barclays. Or just with another bank... but that's another story

    Ok. Sounds good.

I assume there's no need to show the card to go to that area.

Yeah you need to flash the black card to get in there, but what if you have the blue card and are a premier customer?

    :(

I think if you flash the blue card (even though you are a Premier customer), they might want to check the computer to see if you really are one, before letting you in.

It would be easier for the account to come with a black card, no matter what.

Yes as I said before they sure do have a funny way of operating, cards and overdrafts and these pointless reserve rubbish stuff!

I had a Barclays Premier account about 6 months ago, it was the worst time I have ever had with a bank. They just messed up everything they touched! I have gone back to Lloyds who to be fair have been very little trouble, never again would I darken barclays door!
These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!

I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!
