Appalling Sky Service and Inability to reinstate service - help

Yes still working, but services due to terminate 3/2/10 - at which point we lose phone and broadband - may take time (up to 3 weeks for phone) to get services back up, and we lose our number which we have on all the wedding invites for RSVPSky applied the cancellation of you services on the 2nd of January.
Are you still in receipt of broadband TV and Telephone or has this now all ceased?
It may also cost us to get lines installed by other providers!!!0
