Please re-write my complaint letter.....because I suck!

Its a complaint letter to Orange - the details are in my very lame letter below

I am writing you to explain my worrying situation. I joined Orange in April 2009, having never been a Pay Monthly user before, admittidly I was nervous about going about the situation, who to talk to, what provider to use and so forth. However after talking with family and friends I eventually chose Orange, and to this day I am still glad I did. However quite recently, (I believe it be the 7th of January) the 'Rollerball' on my Blackberry Pearl 8120 stopped working. I then rang Orange Customer Service who then told me I would recieve a replacement the very next morning, of which I did, and I must say I was pleasently surprised with the speed and process of the delivery. However shortly after receiving the replacement Blackberry Pearl 8120 I noticed that the signal strength was less adequete than the previous model, and even more recently the phone will randomly cut out or turn itself off during phone calls. This morning (21/01/10) I contacted Orange Customer Service who told me the phone is faulty and ANOTHER replacement will be sent tomorrow morning. I then asked the Representative if it is at all possible to recieve a replacement, that is still Blackberry but is not the same model, I was then told it must be a like for like swap.

I appreciate the politeness and work ethic of your employees but to be honest, I am now getting slightly annoyed with the situation. I absolutely adore my Blackberry phone, and the services it provides. However I am now quite exhausted by the entire experience, and that constant replacing of the faulty mobile phones is 'eating' into my time.

It very annoying when a replacement goes faulty. But Orange will only offer you a DMR (different model replacement) if 3 phones fail with the same fault. I think it's in the T&C's.

    Sorry that's not a lot of help . . .
  • Looks all right to me. Recently, there was one post on this forum who had similar problem with Blackberry. He managed to write to the CEO of Vodaphone (I think) and managed to get iPhone as its replacement. Try doing a search (like "Letter to CEO" etc) and see if you can find that thread.

    Good luck.
