New Sky plus buttons cant sync to tv....help

Didnt press standby button, it just said to press select after keying in the code. Fingers crossed then I will give this a go now. thanks

I have ended up phoning sky and got it sorted. for anyone else who may have the same model the code is 0533

Also when she was talking me through it, she gave me the instructions as above post but it all had to be done with the remote facing away from the television and I didnt have to press the standby button I had to press the sky button and then key in 999 and it then worked perfectly.

They must have changed the procedure on the new remotes. Glad you got it sorted.
